Purpose

This course provides essential information about health and safety legislation, the rights and responsibilities of duty holders, and risk management requirements in the workplace.

Course Objectives

On completion of this eLearning course trainees will be able to:

  • Identify and describe legislative rights and responsibilities for workplace health and safety.
  • Describe a systems approach to workplace health and safety.
  • Explain how risks and hazards are defined in the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (HSWA).

Our Teaching Method

Delivery via eLearning with support from an experienced trainer.
