Terms and Conditions - Regional 10% Discount

This discount applies to any publicly available Vertical Horizonz course listed on vhnztraining.co.nz, provided the training is delivered in the region running the promotion and the booking is made within the promotion period.
The discount is valid for in-person and blended learning short courses only. It is not valid for:
- E-learning courses
- Apprenticeships or certificate programmes
- Courses with international accreditations (e.g., IRATA, GWO, NEBOSH)
The promotional code may be used multiple times for eligible courses booked within the relevant region and during the promotion period.
The code cannot be applied to any bookings made before the promotion starts or after it ends.
This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
The discount is not valid for ‘closed’ or private courses.
Vertical Horizonz New Zealand reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this webpage.

This promotion applies to all public and all closed courses throughout New Zealand
Entries:
- One entry for every individual who is booked on and attends an open/public course in July
- One entry for each full closed course that takes place in July (entry per course not per individual)
This promotion is for courses during the month of July
This promotion does not apply to e-learning courses
Winner will be drawn at random on Friday 1^st August 2025
Winner will receive the cost of their course back up to a maximum of $2000
The person/organisation who paid for the ticket will be the person/organisation who receives the cost back (not necessarily the attendee).
Vertical Horizonz New Zealand shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

This promotion applies to all who have previously done training with Vertical Horizonz New Zealand.

This promotion begins Tuesday 01^st July 2025 and ends Sunday 31^st August 2025.
Training records may only be accessed or shared with employers where the learner has provided consent at the time of enrolment. This includes attendance records, course details, performance summaries, and certificates related to training completed with the current employer.
Any decisions, actions, or outcomes made by an employer or their representatives as a result of accessing company training records are entirely their own. Vertical Horizonz New Zealand Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for how the information is used, interpreted, or for any inaccuracies or omissions in the data provided.
