Site Safe Chief Executive Alison Molloy said establishing the strategic partnership was about delivering the best possible long-term benefits for members and the construction workforce. "Both organisations have a strong commitment to putting people first and we hope that this agreement will allow us to develop even better learning pathways which will improve health and safety on site. "Whilst each of us is already making a difference to improved health and safety practice, together that difference will be even more significant."
Vertical Horizonz New Zealand Chief Executive Carl McOnie went on to say "Together, Vertical Horizonz and Site Safe can reach more business owners, managers and workers within the construction industry to advise, educate and develop. It is a joint passion for safety and seeing workers return home at the end of the day that will make this partnership a successful one."
Site Safe and Vertical Horizonz are currently developing a programme of work to facilitate this partnership, with details expected to be finalised later this year.
