Our GWO (Global Wind Organisation) Basic Safety Training course can definitely get the adrenaline running for those height enthusiasts, and VH Heights Trainers Michael Felton and Russell Hodgson were in their element during this recent session at the Meridian Energy West Wind farm in Wellington!
These practical sessions combine learned techniques from heights, rescue and patient treatment (PHEC/First Aid), which are put to use in the trainees' work environment (in and on the wind turbines).
