This unit standard is for people who work on infrastructure, including but not limited to, utility maintenance, infrastructure construction, inspections, supervision management and emergencies.
At the successful completion of this course the successful trainee will be able to: identify the location, and work procedure to be carried out; examine an entry plan for completeness, and enter, complete work, withdraw from a confined space; and conduct a non-entry confined space rescue.

This course is run as a closed client course only due to the specific nature of your working environment, or, if Confined Space Units (17599, 18426 & 25510) are already held this course can be conducted extramurally.
Note: US 19207 requires evidence of at least one entry “performed on-job under real workplace conditions”
