Recently roofing apprentice Devon from Solid Roofing officially became a roofing graduate! He was surprised by his incredibly proud boss Peter, with a breakfast and certificate presentation to celebrate. He was so excited he rang his training advisor, Tracey, at 6.30am to tell her about it!
With a military background - his father served in the forces - Devon brings the same grit, discipline, and commitment to everything he does. In five years, he's had just four sick day off! Just one example of how his work ethic is second to none.
