IRATA Trainers Steve Tilling and Robin De Geus had a great time with this bunch of trainees at our last session, and are stoked to announce that there was a 100% pass rate from the group! Furthermore, the majority achieved a "Very Good" pass rate which is fantastic!
The IRATA assessment is completely independent, which will appeal to a number of companies and their safety management teams.
The positive's of an independent assessment are that it ensures consistent performance, ensuring technicians exceed a well-defined performance benchmark. As a result we have no sway on the assessment or outcomes.
So congrats to this team of awesome individuals, and thanks for a great week of IRATA training!
