Kawerau

Vertical Horizonz are thrilled to be involved with the establishment of an Eastern BOP Driver and Operator Training Centre, based in the bustling 'timber town' of Kawerau.

The centre, named "Te Ara Huringa. o pupuwharau", will predominantly focus on our primary and manufacturing industries to increase the numbers of trained drivers and machine operators. An initiative that will in turn, encourage growth within multiple categories for the region.

Training will commence mid August, and VH will be delivering training courses as follows:
Confined Space and Gas Testing; Dangerous Goods; Working at Height; Forklift OSH and F endorsement; Chemical Handling and Storage.
