Michelle Phelan

Michelle is a Taranaki lass who has lived and worked in various parts of New Zealand and overseas, but the amazing Maunga always calls her home! She has a background in the Primary Sector with over 12 years of Industry Training Organisation (ITO) experience as a Training Adviser and Registered Assessor, with a passion for Health & Safety.

Training is her ‘why’, and she is a firm believer in the value training adds to careers – and keeping people safe! Seeing learners achieve and grow and supporting businesses on this journey is her happy place.

Michelle’s two daughters are in the South Island at university, so she spends some time down south. She also enjoys art, nice food, and great company.
